Rising Free Retreats

Are you ready to loosen the reins on old wounds and old ways so you can forge ahead to a brighter, more joyful future?

About Haley

My thoughtful approach and intuitive nature, paired with the loving guidance of my horse partners, creates an incredible haven for lasting change.

Trained and Certified in the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method® developed by Melisa Pearce, my mission is to help women feel empowered, live freely and authentically, thrive in relationships with themselves and others, experience deep healing and change, and uncover truth and purpose.

I truly believe we were all born whole, fully aligned, and embodied in our truth and joy. Then life happens. But we can always return home to ourselves. No matter what experiences or pain you carry, you always have the choice to return to your truth and joy. You don't have to be stuck in your pain forever. That's the silver lining of life in general I feel. There is going to be a break in the clouds and my vision is that Rising Free Retreats can be that source of opening and hope someone has been searching for.

Why Horses?

One of the most magical things about what I do is to hold the complete honor of being in true partnership with the horse. Unlike other equine-assisted modalities where the horse is simply seen as a mirror or a tool in the process, I am constantly seeking the wisdom and guidance of my horse partner to help me assist my client in exploring the parts of their lives that are still painful and, many times might be outside their awareness.

Who do I work with?

I work with women who are in what I like to call the grey area — that place where they aren't quite sure who they are, yet not quite sure who they are becoming. They yearn for a more meaningful, connected life but find themselves in a perpetual habit of settling. Over the years they have traded connection for comparison, meaning for mania, and presence for perfectionism & performance, caught in learned behavior that their worth is tied to their achievements. They know there is more to life and are ready to step away from living to be perfect or play a role and step into living to be present in their unwavering authenticity and living out their purpose.

When we embrace ourselves whole, we rise.
