Carrie was raised in Los Angeles and fell in love with the Rocky Mountains while studying Interior Design and Equine Science at Colorado State University. She always loved horses and helping people. After marrying a mountain man from Crested Butte, CO, she and her husband raised 4 children in Spain, Austin,TX. and Colorado- acquiring a unique depth of understanding of people and cultures.

Carrie graduated from the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method in January 2021 and has gone on to study to be a “Master Gestaltist” through the Graduate program- Gestalt Coaching Method. In her practice amidst the backdrop of the beautiful Rocky Mountains at 8,800 feet, she has enjoyed reaching teens and adults navigating the pressures of life and carrying the sadness of grief and loss. Trauma and domestic violence are often allowed a safe and sacred space in Carries’ practice.

The Gestalt training has profoundly equipped her for guiding her clients experientially to a greater awareness, allowing for healing to happen. Hands-on experience and continuing to learn and add tools to her knowledge base has been the key to growing her business. Carrie is blessed to have access to several ranches in the Gunnison Valley with willing and gentle horse partners to work with. The equine partners give a special insight and affirm the clients bumps and bruises in a remarkable way. Monthly women's awareness groups, couples therapy, retreats and private sessions are available depending on the season. SE HABLA ESPANOL.
