I am a second generation healer. Following in my mom's footsteps, I have been working in the healing arts with a particular focus on mindfulness, horses as healers and energy work. I am a child of the Midwest, having lived in Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin all my life. Currently I call Verona, Wisconsin home. I am a community and school social worker. Returning to my love of horses and the freedom that the outdoors bring, I practice natural horsemanship, love trail rides, and serve as a conduit for the horses and their offering of healing to humans.
